Every person who appears in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this site was at least 18 years old when the depiction was created.

For every such depiction produced by [operator legal name], the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records:

Content produced by others

If the site shows a depiction produced by someone else, that producer keeps the required records, and the producer’s records statement will be identified with that depiction.
